1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
5mL soy sauce
15mL orange juice
60mL tomato juice
sea salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste
wedge of lemon, green olive,
and a cucumber slice
Combine all ingredients and stir or ‘roll’ until nicely incorporated. Garnish with a wedge of lemon, a green olive, and a cucumber slice. Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper.
120ml Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda
2 dashes Fee’s Celery Bitters
pink salt rim & grapefruit wedge
Wet glass rim with grapefruit wedge, carefully dip in salt and wipe off excess. Pour all ingredients into a highball glass, fill with ice and stir.

2 dashes orange bitters
20mL Fino Sherry or Seppeltsfield Dry Flor Apera
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir until the glass is frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish.
90mL of your choice of soda
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass, top with ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
